Notification of Annual General Meeting 2017

The Annual General Meeting will be held in the Pump Rooms on 30th November 2017 starting at 7.30pm.

 

Format:

 

1.     Review of minutes of last AGM (copy attached)

a.     History Society agreed the merger of Museum Society with the History Society at their AGM.

2.     Reports from Officers.

3.     Formal vote:  “That the Tenbury & District Museum Society merge with Tenbury History Society”

 

First EGM of the Tenbury Wells Museum and History Group.

4.     Approval of the Constitution to recognise the new organisation of “Tenbury Wells Museum and History group”.  (A copy is attached)

5.     Election of new Officers:  (Individual votes will be taken if there are any other nominations.)

a.     Chairman: Liz Finlay: willing to stand.

b.    Vice Chairman: (if merger approved) Mike Watkins: Proposed Mike Thompson; Seconded Liz Finlay

c.      Secretary: Mike Thompson: willing to stand.

d.    Treasurer: David Patrick: willing to stand.

6.     Nominations for other Committee Members and Volunteer Roles

 

The formalities will be followed by a bit of a social.

Any Nominations for the Committee, please complete below and return, or will be taken on the night.
